Professional Photography Session

Photography Sessions
A non-refundable $50 fee is required to reserve a photography session. Payment is due when you book your preferred date and time.
Sessions are limited to 120 minutes and must take place during business hours on days the winery is open. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please be considerate of other guests and follow all photography guidelines while on the property.

Photography Guidelines

• Lighting equipment that requires cords or an external power source, as well as outside props, may not be used without prior approval.
• Mini photo sessions are not permitted.
• Do not climb on vineyard trellis wires or posts, stone walls, or trees.
• Commercial photography must take place outdoors and must not disturb other guests.
• Photographers are responsible for keeping their props with them at all times.
• Do not trample, pick, or collect flowers, leaves, or grapes.
• Park only in designated parking spaces.
• All photographers must check in upon arrival.
• Photography areas cannot be reserved, and photography does not take priority over other visitor activities. All areas remain open to visitors.

Nashoba may be unable to issue permits on dates when photography sessions would conflict with scheduled events.

How to Book a Photography Session

When placing your booking order, enter your requested date and time in the Special Notes section. A valid phone number and email address are required.

Please submit your request and pay the non-refundable $50 fee at least four days before your requested session date. Your request will be reviewed, and you’ll receive confirmation within 48 hours of payment received. Your session is not confirmed until it has been approved.

Nashoba Valley Winery may decline session requests for dates when photography would interfere with scheduled events or operations.
