Undisturbed for 11 years in a retired wine cask, Stimulus Eleven mellowed into our premier, top shelf whisky. Amber in color, richly textured (great mouth feel), with the mild taste of vanilla, maple syrup, balanced by dried fruits, and resinous oak.
