Our Farm House Dinner celebrates the connection between Nashoba's farm, kitchen, and craft beverages. Executive Chef Matt Sciabarrasi and Sous Chef James Gross of J's Restaurant have curated a seasonal three-course dinner inspired by the bounty of New England farms, local waters, and ingredients at their peak.
Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a wine or spirit produced on-site, highlighting Nashoba's farm-to-glass philosophy. From locally sourced ingredients to estate-grown fruit and handcrafted beverages, every element of the evening reflects Nashoba's commitment to place, seasonality, and culinary creativity.
Throughout the evening, Nashoba Owner Justin Pelletier and Executive Chef Matt Sciabarrasi will share the stories behind each course and pairing, offering insight into the ingredients, techniques, and processes that bring each dish and beverage together.
Hosted at J's Restaurant, this intimate dining experience features elevated farm-inspired cuisine, exceptional beverage pairings, and warm hospitality in the heart of Bolton.
Seating is limited and reservations are required.
