Collection: White WInes

White wines are usually lighter in body and alcohol than red wines, and have more fruit and refreshing flavors. Wines are made from grapes with light skin colors which are pressed usually pressed before fermentation resulting in a lighter color and more floral and citrus notes. White wines are typically aged in stainless steel vats to preserve their natural color and flavor.  Sauvignon Blanc, Vidal Blanc, Riesling, Vignole are examples.  However, some white wines are barrel aged such as Chardonnay, Baldwin and Pear.
