Collection: Rose Wines

Rosé wine is a type of wine made from red wine grapes, but with a shorter maceration(time that the juice stays in contact with the skins) in contact to longer maceration time for red wine. This results in a pink hue and lighter flavor than red wine: Rosé can range in color from a pale "onionskin" orange to a vivid near-purple. The color depends on the fruit varieties used and winemaking techniques.
Rosé is best served chilled in a medium-sized glass. Nashoba's Rosé include Maiden's Blush, Petit Verdot, and Overlook.
