On the nose, strong opening of geranium, lemon peel, and eucalyptus with hints of fresh cut grass. On the palate, flavors of unripe green apple, and lemon. Highly-acidic with a very long, tart finish with a slight bitterness. Seyval Blanc grapes sourced from New York.
