The Chef's Kitchen Series is a tri-weekly cooking presentation (not hands-on cooking classes) hosted by Executive Chef Matt Sciabarrasi.  Chef Matt has been the culinary super-star at J's Restaurant for 10 incredible years.

This year we are offering our classes with two options.

VIP.  Preferred reserved seating next to the Chef Matt.  Welcome Mimosa.  Tasting of the Chef's Presentation Menu.  A glass of wine selected by our Winemaker Justin Pelletier pair with the Presentation Menu.  $50.00

The beauty of Irish Beer Stew lies in its simplicity—each ingredient is allowed to shine, yet together, they create a harmony that’s nothing short of magic. The beer doesn’t just flavor the broth, it transforms it, bringing a slight bitterness that balances the sweetness of the carrots and parsnips. It’s a dish that’s both rustic and refined, perfect for a quiet night by the fire or a festive gathering with friends.

After the class, you are expected to run to the market, pick up the ingredients, light the fireplace, embrace what you learned while enjoying a glass of Northern Comfort as you simmer away.
