2019 Bolton Blush. A blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Mourvèdre creates a brilliant salmon colored rose that balances the fruity nature of Grenache with the structure of Mourvèdre. This is a dry, full bodied rose with notes of strawberry, raspberry and subtle notes of plum/ blackberry. Ideal food pairings for this rose are duck, lobster or seared ahi tuna.
