First released in 2003, our vodka is produced 100 percent from locally grown apples. This vodka is not made from gluten making it a perfect spirit for people with celiac disease. Moderately full-bodied. Chocolate, anise, dried herbs, charcoal. Rich, smooth texture. Amazingly little heat in the finish. Clear and colorless. Tripled distilled and charcoal filtered for 8 hours gives an exceptionally smooth neutral spirit.
